About Me

Prior to beginning a career in power development, commodity trading, and international shipping, Paul Prager graduated from the US Naval Academy and served his country in the Navy for five years. Shortly after his discharge in 1985, Paul Prager established Davco Oil. Under his guidance as managing director, Davco engaged in the trade of crude oil and crude oil derivatives. Paul Prager later assumed responsibilities as the chief executive officer of the natural gas trader and distributor Direct Gas, which he headed until it was acquired by BP North America.

Today, Paul Prager leads as chairman and chief executive officer of Beowulf Energy. Since coming to Beowulf in 1990, he has focused solely on developing and constructing energy facilities in the United States and internationally.

Away from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Prager supports a number of events and organizations in his community. A devoted husband and father of four, he enjoys spending his free time pursuing such hobbies as farming and collecting art and English antiques.
